Solar factory energy convertion process fails as PREDICTED. Billion$ wasted on this project as PREDICTED. How that money could have made so many lives better, WAKE UP PEOPLE, a project costing 2 billion dollars! Many people made "clean energy" the king pin of their political endeavors. ROFL. Waste of energy. Their strategy is more better descrbed as TWYCG as seen on a California license plate from the 1980's, take what you can get. "It NEVER lived up to its promises, producing less electricity than expected, while relying on natural gas to stay operational.” Ivanpaugh ruined pristine desert on the drive up to Vegas. It's closing after only 12 years of junk wasteful of energy operation which was spelled out in bold. Energy schemes!

Based on a standard capacity factor of 42%, the average turbine generates over 843,000 kWh per month. Divide that by 30 days that's 28,000kWh per day. Capacity is a inaccurate measure at wind turbines operate in reality at about 4% of that. So we will measure a turbine as providing 33,720 kWh per day. That powers 33,720 coffee makers for an hour. So an area that hosts 33,720 homes has a spurratic hot coffee supply from one turbine. If it's not spinning due to no wind, spurts of wind that cause turbines to not produce energy even though the blades are spinning, or too much wind where it's also not producing energy, that's not measured in this calculation.
