the buzz you hear of 95% is Relative Risk Reduction

they should be presenting Absolute Risk Reduction of <1% which is statistically ZERO protection

for perspective would you feel safe driving your car if your mechanic assured you that the brakes gave you less than 1% absolute protection?

then as you of course say "absolutely not" and you insist you want at least a 95% risk reduction, the mechanic pulls out some old brake pads from the trash, that have little pad left and tells you they worked on the old car they were taken off of so "these should give you a 95% Relative Risk Reduction of brakes failing" and of course they only do that for maybe another month
